I specialise in plant based foods and have a very deep understanding of combining flavours and developing recipes using unique ingredients and methods. My culinary experience stems from the home kitchen and I have an excellent ethnographic understanding of domestic kitchen practices learnt from various food related projects in my career.
Flavours are deeply intertwined with understanding people - their origins and traditional foods, memory and migration and their attitude to taste. I bring my knowledge of food history, migration and farming practices to synthesise new and exciting flavours.
